Viv Wild (Training and Mediation) Limited only provides non-reserved legal services and is not a regulated law firm.

Although Viv is a qualified solicitor and holds a current practising certificate, any training services provided by Viv are in her capacity as a trainer, and any mediation services provided by Viv are in her capacity as an accredited mediator, and in neither case are such services provided by Viv in her capacity as a solicitor.

Anyone dealing with Viv Wild (Training and Mediation) Limited will not be able to make a claim on the SRA Compensation Fund as Viv Wild (Training and Mediation) Limited is not regulated by the SRA. (If any person believes that a firm regulated by the SRA or any solicitor regulated by the SRA owes someone money, then they may be able to apply to the SRA Compensation Fund for compensation. Data controller

Viv Wild (Training and Mediation) Limited is the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

What data we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and the content of your message. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services.

Where you engage us to provide training or mediation services, we process personal data necessary to perform the contract with you, including name, contact details, and any information you provide in connection with the services. In the case of mediation, the confidentiality obligations that apply are governed separately by the terms of the mediation agreement.

How we use your data

We use personal data only for the purpose for which it was provided: to respond to your enquiry or to provide the services you have engaged us for. We will not use it for marketing without your consent, and we will not sell it or supply it to any third party except where required by law.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data where no contract results is kept for up to two years and then deleted. Data relating to contracts for services is kept for six years from the end of the engagement, in line with the standard limitation period under the Limitation Act 1980, and then deleted.

  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure of your data (in certain circumstances);
  • request restriction of processing;
